Schedule an Appointment with your BPI Branch Online

Last week, I was asked to run an errand to deposit several checks to different BPI accounts

When I arrived at the bank, I was greeted by a long line of people waiting to be served by the Bank Teller.

Who doesn’t hate a long queue? Total waste of time.

To serve us better, BPI implemented its proud innovation to make its customer banking experience more convenient.

Introducing, BEA (BPI Express Assist) Online. Through your computers or Smart phone web browsers, you’ll be able to schedule your appointments with your favorite BPI Branch whether it’s a Deposit, Withdrawal, Bills Payment or Encashment Transaction.

Here’s a quick guide on how you can schedule an appointment with your favorite BPI Branch.

First, log in to your BPI Express Online Account.

After you logged in, you will be directed to the main menu. In the Navigation bar above, hover your mouse over “Other Services” then “BPI Express Assist Online”

In the next screen, choose “Schedule an appointment”.

Select your BPI Bank if it’s BPI or BPI Family. The next two drop down list relates to the location of your chosen BPI Branch. You just need to select the City and the exact building or location of the BPI Branch you want to set an appointment with.

After providing the location of the BPI Branch, you must set the date and time of your appointment with them. Press the “CONFIRM” button if you’re done with your schedule.

Press “OK” if you’re sure with the details that you’ve entered to proceed to the next page. You may click the Cancel button if not.

In the next screen, you are required to select the type of transaction you doing. There are 4 types of transaction listed, these are Deposit, Withdrawal, Encashment and Bills Payment.Schedule an Appointment with your BPI Branch Online - BPI Transactions

For this tutorial, I am choosing the “Deposit” transaction.

After selecting it, press Confirm to enter the details related to your transaction.

Enter the transaction details requested in the page such as Account Number, Type of Transaction (Cash or Cheque), Currency and lastly, the Amount.

Click the Submit button once done.

Press OK to confirm the details of the transaction.

After confirming your transaction, this will direct you to the Summary page of your appointment. Press the Confirm button to proceed.

Congratulations!

You just booked your appointment with BPI. The page will show you your Electronic Queue Number. You may print this page or write down your Electronic Queue number. You can also have it screenshot if you did your appointment booking in your smartphone.

Take note, that this Electronic Queue Number will be flashed in the BPI Queue Monitors hanging on the walls inside the your BPI Branch.

Important Reminders

  • For withdrawal by accountholder in person, please print the Withdrawal Slip by clicking the print icon beside it, and then affix your account name and signature. Please bring a valid identification card.
  • For withdrawal by representative, please ensure that the representative also affixes his/her name and signature on the Withdrawal Slip. Please present a valid identification card for both accountholder and representative.
  • For withdrawal by accountholder in person, if no printer is available, please fill out a Withdrawal Slip at the branch. Please bring a valid identification card.
  • For withdrawal by representative, if no printer is available, please make sure you have secured a copy of the Withdrawal Slip from the branch and filled it out completely with your signature before your representative transacts at the branch. Please present a valid identification card for both accountholder and representative.
