Have a good day everyone!

Before, you can do that by simply going to the nearest SSS Branch and ask for a copy of your total contribution (that was a long time ago!). Today, since SSS have their website now, we can easily verify the total amount of SSS Contribution at the comfort of our homes and without going to the SSS Branch. You can verify your total SSS contribution thru their website by logging in to your SSS Online Inquiry Account.

SSS Online Inquiry of your Total Contribution

Don’t get too excited. Before you can log in to SSS Online Inquiry feature of SSS Website, you need to register your SSS Number first to use their SSS Online Inquiry (the previous link will bring you to my blog we’re I discuss on how to register an account with SSS). The process is very simple, you just need to provide some personal information such as your complete name, SSS number and the most important, your Employer’s SSS Number. It is very important that you provide your Employer’s SSS number since SSS Online Inquiry Registration will not let you go to the next step if you can’t provide it.

If you are a SSS self-employed, Non-Working Spouse, OFW and Voluntary member, you need to provide your SBR Number. The SBR Number is found in the receipt you received upon paying your SSS contribution.

Once you’ve successfully registered, log in using your SSS User name and Password in their SSS online Inquiry website.

Log In for SSS Online Inquiry Members is at the left side of your screen. When you arrive at the SSS Online Menu, click on the Online Inquiry link

A new window will be opened. Once the new will loaded it’s content, on the top menu, hover over Member Info and click on the SSS Actual Premiums (see image below for reference).

The SSS Actual Premium Link will bring you to the page where your Total Contribution will be shown.

The page will display Total Number of SSS Contributions Displayed (A), Total Number of SSS Contributions not Displayed (B), Total Number of SSS Contributions Posted (A + B) and lastly the Total Amount of SSS Contributions.

You can now verify if your good Employer remitted all the SSS Deductions from your Monthly Salary. If there is discrepancy or Monthly Contribution unremitted, don’t hesitate to ask your Company. Usually, the department handling this concern is Human Department or Payroll Department.

Do you want to have a hard copy of your Total SSS Contribution?

On the same page (where your Total SSS Contribution is displayed), look at the bottom of the page and click on the “Printable Version” then click OK. The Total SSS Contribution Page will be formatted accordingly. Click the “Print” link and the print window will pop out. Click OK if you’re now ready to Print your Total SSS Contribution.

Pursuant to Section 236 of the National Internal Revenue Code, any registered taxpayer shall, whenever applicable, update his registration information with the Revenue District Office where he is registered, specifying therein any change in tax type and other taxpayer details (i.e. change in registered activities/line of industry, change in registered name/ trade name and change in accounting period).

APPLICATION FOR CLOSURE OF BUSINESS/CANCELLATION OF TIN

Tax Form:
BIR Form 1905 – Application for Registration Information Update

Documentary Requirements
1) Letter of request stating reason for termination of business
2) Original Certificate of Registration
3) Books of Accounts
4) Inventory List of Unused Receipts and Invoices
5) Unused Receipts and Invoices for cancellation
6) Board Resolution / Notice of Dissolution (if Corporation / Partnership)

Additional Requirements in Case of Death of Individual Taxpayer:
1) Death Certificate
2) Payment of Estate Tax, if any

Procedures
1) Taxpayer applicant files BIR Form 1905, together with the attachments at the RDO where they are registered within ten (10) days from retirement of business.
2) Taxpayer files short period return for income tax purposes.
3) RDO verifies if taxpayer has open cases reflected in the Integrated Tax System (ITS). If YES, ask taxpayer to submit required returns and pay the corresponding tax due/s and penalties if any.
4) RDO verifies if taxpayer has delinquent cases at the Assessment, Collection, and Legal Divisions of the Region;
5) RDO verifies if taxpayer has delinquent cases at the Collection Enforcement Division, BIR National Office
6) RDO requests for Letter of Authority to investigate internal revenue taxes for all un-audited taxable years prior to cancellation of business.
7) Assigned Case officer conducts investigations for period/s covered in the issued Letter of Authority.
8) Taxpayer complies with requirements of audit and pays corresponding deficiency taxes resulting from audit using Form 0605.
9) RDO issues tax clearance for closure of business.
10) RDO updates ITS and cancels TIN of taxpayer (for non-individual taxpayer).

APPLICATION FOR CHANGE IN REGISTERED ADDRESS

Tax Form:
BIR Form 1905 – Application for Registration Information Update

Documentary Requirements:
1) Original Certificate of Registration
2) Inventory List of Unused Receipts and Invoices
3) Unused Receipts and Invoices for cancellation
4) Latest DTI Certificate (for individual) or SEC Registration (for Corporation / Partnership)
5) Proof of Application for Mayor’s Permit under new business address
6) Sketch of Place of Production (if excise taxpayer)

Procedures:
Computerized RDOs (Within same RDC)

1) Taxpayer submits form 1905 to new RDO.
2) New RDO verifies taxpayer information from ITS.
3) New RDO generates Taxpayer Confirmation Notice (TCN) and issues the same to taxpayer
4) Taxpayer submits TCN to old RDO
5) Old RDO verifies taxpayer information from ITS
6) Old RDO electronically transfers taxpayer data to new RDO
7) New RDO inquires from system if Taxpayer information is already transferred to his RDO.
8) Once transferred, New RDO modifies taxpayer’s business address.
9) New RDO issues new Certificate of Registration upon payment of Certification Fee and Documentary Stamp Tax

Computerized RDOs (Across RDC)
1) Taxpayer submits Form 1905 to new RDO.
2) New RDO verifies taxpayer information from ITS.
3) New RDO generates Taxpayer Confirmation Notice (TCN) and issues the same to taxpayer.
4) Taxpayer submits TCN to old RDO.
5) Old RDO verifies taxpayer information from ITS.
6) Old RDO verifies if taxpayer has open cases and assigns the same to a Revenue Officer for appropriate action.
7) Revenue Officer closes resolved open cases.
8) Old RDO issues Tax Clearance to taxpayer.
9) Old RDO electronically transfers taxpayer data to new RDO
10) New RDO inquires from system if taxpayer information is already transferred to his district.
11) Once transferred, New RDO modifies taxpayer’s business address.
12) New RDO issues new Certificate of Registration to taxpayer upon payment of Certification Fee and Documentary Stamp Tax.

From Computerized To Non-Computerized RDO
1) Taxpayer submits form 1905 to Old RDO.
2) Old RDO verifies taxpayer information from ITS.
3) Old RDO verifies if taxpayer has open cases and assigns the same to a Revenue Officer for appropriate action.
4) Revenue Officer closes resolved open cases.
5) Old RDO closes registered form types of taxpayer from ITS
6) Old RDO issues tax clearance to taxpayer.
7) Taxpayer submits 1901 / 1903 plus attachments and tax clearance to new RDO.
8) New RDO issues new Certificate of Registration upon payment of Certification Fee and Documentary Stamp Tax

Upon Rollout of Non-computerized RDO
1) New RDO generates Transfer Confirmation Notice and sends the same to the Old RDO.
2) Old RDO electronically transfers taxpayer data to new RDO
3) New RDO inquires from system if Taxpayer information is already transferred to his RDO.
4) Once transferred, New RDO modifies taxpayer’s business address.

From Non-Computerized RDO To Computerized RDO
1) Taxpayer submits Form 1905 to Old RDO.
2) Old RDO assigns case to Revenue Officer to verify if taxpayer has outstanding tax liabilities and unfiled returns.
3) Taxpayer settles outstanding liabilities and/or files required returns, if any.
4) Old RDO issues Tax Clearance to taxpayer.
5) Taxpayer submits Form 1901 / 1903, plus attachments, and Tax Clearance to New RDO.
6) New RDO registers taxpayer in ITS.
7) New RDO issues new Certificate of Registration to taxpayer, upon payment of Certification Fee and Documentary Stamp Tax.

Non-Computerized RDO to Computerized RDO
1) Taxpayer submits form 1905.
2) Computerized RDO generates Taxpayer Confirmation Notice (TCN) and issues the same to taxpayer.
3) Non-computerized RDO verifies if taxpayer has outstanding tax liabilities and assigns the same to a Revenue Officer for appropriate action.
4) Non-Computerized RDO issues Certificate of No Outstanding Tax Liability
5) Non-computerized RDO or the taxpayer submits the Form 1905, Taxpayer Confirmation Notice and the Certificate of No Outstanding Tax Liability to SOD-ISOS to effect the electronic transfer
6) Computerized RDO issues new Certificate of Registration to taxpayer upon presentation of duly validated Annual Registration Fee Return or Official Receipt and payment of Documentary Stamp Tax.

Non-Computerized RDO to Non-Computerized RDO
1) Taxpayer submits form 1905.
2) New Non-Computerized RDO issues manual Taxpayer Confirmation Notice (TCN) to taxpayer.
3) Old Non-computerized RDO verifies if taxpayer has outstanding tax liabilities and assigns the same to a Revenue Officer for appropriate action.
4) Old Non-computerized RDO issues Certificate of No Outstanding Tax Liability.
5) Old Non-computerized RDO or the taxpayer submits the Form 1905, Taxpayer Confirmation Notice and the Certificate of No Outstanding Tax Liability to SOD-ISOS to effect the electronic transfer.
6) New Non-Computerized RDO issues new Certificate of Registration to taxpayer upon presentation of duly validated Annual Registration Fee Return or Official Receipt and payment of Documentary Stamp Tax.

APPLICATION FOR REPLACEMENT/CANCELLATION OF AUTHORITY TO PRINT RECEIPTS AND INVOICES

Documentary Requirements:
a) Original Authority to Print Receipts and Invoices; and
b) New Application Form 1906, if applicable

Procedure:
Taxpayer applicant submits duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 to RDO/LTAD I or II/LTDO where he is registered together with the required attachments.

APPLICATION FOR REPLACEMENT OF TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE FOR TAX LIABILITIES

Tax Form:
BIR FORM 1905 – Application for Registration Information Update

Documentary Requirements:
a) Affidavit of Loss, if applicable; and
b) Proof of payment of Certification Fee and Documentary Stamp Tax – to be submitted before the issuance of the New Tax Clearance Certificate

Taxpayer applicant submits duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 to RDO/LTAD I or II/LTDO where he is registered together with the required attachments

APPLICATION FOR REPLACEMENT OF LOST/DAMAGED TIN CARD

a) Taxpayer applicant shall notify the RDO/LTAD I or II/LTDO where he is registered of his intention to change his accounting period through a letter;
b) Upon approval of his request, taxpayer applicant shall submit duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 to RDO/LTAD I or II/LTDO where he is registered together with the required attachments

APPLICATION FOR TAX CLEARANCE

Tax Form:
BIR Form 1905 – Application for Registration Information Update

Documentary Requirements:
1) Letter of request stating the purpose for application
2) Copy of application for tax credit or refund duly received by the DOF

Procedures:
1) Taxpayer applicant files BIR Form 1905, together with the attachments, at the RDO where he is registered.
2) RDO verifies if taxpayer has open cases reflected in the Integrated Tax System. If YES, ask taxpayer to submit required returns and pay the corresponding tax due/s and penalties, if any.

Adding Related post in blogger is very easy to implement. This tutorial will help you to add linkwithin related post in blogger. The tutorial is about adding Related Post in Blogger using a widget and by adding the Related post in blogger manually (which is I highly recommend).

Adding Related Post in Blogger using a Widget

To start of our tutorial, I need you to sign in to your Blogger Account then leave that for a moment. Then, visit Linkwithin website to get your related post in Blogger widget.

As shown in the image above, Linkwithin widget for Blogger related post requires you to fill in your Email Address, your Blog link which is your Blogger’s Home page (EX: bendaggers.blogspot.com or type in your own domain name if you have.) You must make sure that you select BLOGGER as your platform and lastly select how many related post you want to display. You can select up to five (5) stories to be displayed by your Linkwithin related post in blogger widget. Once done, click the button Get Widget!

You will be directed to this page. Should you read? No need, total waste of time. lol. I’ll provide you the next steps.

Click on the link “Install Widget” that will lead you to the next page (image below).

After you clicked the link “Install Widget” you see this familiar page. Linkwithin website is trying to add their widget to your blog. Just like on the image below, “Select a Blog” means you should select the appropriate blog you want to add the Linkwithin Related Post in Blogger widget. This will apply to those Blogger Account who have multiple Blogs. Modify your preferred TITLE instead of LinkWithin. The Linkwithin Related Post in Blogger widget codes should not be modified to be able to work. If you’re finished and satisfied with your changes, you can now click the “Add widget” button to add the Linkwithin Related Post in Blogger.

Once the widget is added to your Blogger Template, you can now see the Linkwithin Related Post in Blogger widget in your Blogger Template located at your side bar. Save your changes so that the Linkwithin Related Post in Blogger widget will take effect.

Is it okay if the Linkwithin Related Post in Blogger widget is in the sidebar wherein it should be in the footer of every blog post? Yes. But just to be sure, you can drag down the Linkwithin Related Post in Blogger widget at the footer of your Blogger Template so that it won’t mixed up with other Sidebar widgets. But if you ask me, I’m contented with it. Well, it’s a free country! Do want you want! lol!

Did I told you that you should save your changes, right?! Now, view your Blogger’s homepage and single page if the Linkwithin Related Post in Blogger widget is added. Related Post in Blogger should be like this.

Add Linkwithin Related Post in Blogger Widget Manually.

We’re done adding Linkwithin Related Post in Blogger using a widget. In this tutorial, we will add the Linkwithin Related post in Blogger manually. To start off our tutorial, we need to get our Linkwithin Related Post in Blogger codes . Once you arrived at the page, fill up the necessary detail such as Email and your Blogger’s  Homepage. Then in the Platform, change that to “OTHERS”. Select your preferred number of related post to be displayed by Linkwithin. Lastly, click the button “Get Widget!”.

Linkwithin will now display you the Related Post codes. Copy and paste it in a notepad temporarily. Take note of your linkwithin site id. You can see it at the second line of the Related Post Codes (as shown in the image below).

In my case my linkwithin site id is 1389727 which can be found in the second line “var linkwithin_site_id = 1389727”

Leave the Linkwithin Related Post codes for a while and open your Blogger account. Go to Template > Edit HTML. At the upper left of the active window, make sure that you’ve checked the “Expand Widget Templates”. Using the FIND function of your Internet Browser, find the in your template codes. If you have found the tag, paste the codes right before . The codes for Linkwithin Related post is right down below.

After you paste the codes in your Blogger Templates, modify it by changing the word “LINKWITHIN SITE ID NUMBER” to your correct linkwithin site id number. Remember, I told you to paste the Linkwithin Related Post codes in a notepad, right? Next, change the words “YOUR CUSTOM PHRASE HERE!!!” in to your own and personalized message. Most bloggers use the phrase “You may also like this.”

Take a last look at your codes, your Linkwithin Related post in Blogger codes should be like in the image above after being pasted. Once satisfied, Save the template and view your Blog if the Linkwithin Related Post is working on your Blogger Template!
